- 1. Each party will have half an hour for an initial presentation. Each will then have fifteen minutes to reply.
- 2. Oral argument will focus on two questions. First, what actions does Plaintiff say were taken by Defendant in the United States that had a direct, causal link to injury suffered by Plaintiff or its members in Uganda? Second, what specific speech or conduct by Defendant –- however odious, in Plaintiff’s view –- fell outside the protection of the First Amendment?
