MINUTE ORDER. The Court is in receipt of Defendants’ 39 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Injunction and for Entry of a Briefing Schedule. Defendants request an additional two weeks to file their opposition to Plaintiffs’ Application for Preliminary Injunction and a motion to dismiss. They also request a briefing schedule on these motions that would not be complete until October 27, 2017. The Court will GRANT-IN-PART Defendants’ motion. The parties shall adhere to the following schedule: Defendants shall file their opposition to Plaintiffs’ Application for Preliminary Injunction and Motion to Dismiss by no later than OCTOBER 2, 2017. Plaintiffs shall file a reply in support of their Application and an opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss by no later than OCTOBER 13, 2017.
