MINUTE ORDER. The Court held a teleconference in this matter on September 1, 2017 to set a briefing schedule for Plaintiffs’ 13 Application for a Preliminary Injunction. At the parties’ request, the Court entered the following schedule: Defendants shall file an opposition to Plaintiffs’ Application by no later than SEPTEMBER 22, 2017. Plaintiffs shall file a reply by no later than SEPTEMBER 29, 2017. The parties were also ordered to file a notice with the Court by no later than SEPTEMBER 6, 2017 indicating their positions as to whether the Court’s consideration of Plaintiffs’ preliminary injunction application should be consolidated with its final determination of the merits of the case.
