MINUTE ORDER. The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs’ 117 Motion for Extension of Time. Plaintiffs request a seven day extension of time up to and including May 11, 2018, within which to file their Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Dissolve the Preliminary Injunction and Motion to Dismiss the Complaint or, in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment, because Plaintiffs represent that they need additional time to formulate their responses. This is the first request for an extension of this deadline and Defendants consent. Plaintiffs’ motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs’ oppositions shall be filed no later than MAY 11, 2018.
